Complimentary 2-day shipping is included with every order so your look arrives before the chaos begins.

Local Delivery (New York City Only) 

We don’t ship it, we show up with it. NYC only–we’ll bring the riot to you. 

Local delivery is available within New York City. Delivery windows will be coordinated in advance. 

Processing Time

Give us a second–good things take time. 

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods. 

• The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

• The customer is responsible for return shipping using the prepaid label provided.

Tracking

Yes, you can obsessively refresh it. We would too.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. 

Address Accuracy

Details matter, don’t let a typo ruin the whole vibe! 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. 

Rave Riot wear is not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses

• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details

Delivery timing

We don’t do late, and neither should your fit. 

This timing is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window. We encourage all customers to place their orders at least 3 days prior to their event to account for potential shipping delays.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility & Delays

Delivered early — because chaos waits for no one. 

We partner with third-party carriers to deliver your order. Once your package has been shipped, Rave Riot Wear is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather, transit issues, or service disruptions. 

At that point, we’re all just refreshing the tracking together.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If it’s marked delivered, then it made it to your doorstep.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate.

• Rave Riot Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
