Payment is collected at the time your order is placed to secure your reservation and rental dates.

Purchases

Items purchased outright are charged in full at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email receipt for your records.

Payment Security

Your card details are safer than your festival group chat.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Rave Riot Wear does not store your full payment information.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Expedited shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed before payment is finalized.

Security Deposit

Protecting the riot.

A 10% refundable security deposit is collected with every rental order.

The deposit helps protect our shared inventory and ensures every outfit is ready for its next member of the riot.

Once your outfit is returned and passes inspection, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Quick note:

We know nobody likes waiting for money to come back. As soon as your outfit safely returns home and passes inspection we’ll process your refund.

We do our part fast. The rest is up to the banking gods.

Failed Payments

Even headliners miss a show sometimes.

If your payment cannot be processed:

• Your order will not be confirmed
• Inventory will not be reserved
• You may be asked to update your payment information

Promo Codes & Credits

We love a good hookup.

Promotional discounts, account credits, and special offers can be applied during checkout when available.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise specified.
