How Rentals Work

Step 1: Choose Your Look

The hardest part is deciding who you want to be this weekend.

Browse our collection and select your rental start date. We’ll automatically calculate your return date and show only dates that are actually available.

No false hope. No double bookings. No heartbreak.

Step 2: Claim Your Dates

Good outfits travel fast.

Before your order is confirmed, our system checks availability to ensure your chosen piece isn’t already reserved for another member of the riot.

If there’s a conflict, we’ll suggest alternative dates so you can keep the plans alive.

Step 3: Check Out

Complete your order and we’ll collect the essentials:

• Name
• Shipping Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Then we’ll get your outfit ready for its next adventure.

Step 4: Shipping & Delivery

We move fast. You move louder.

Every rental includes complimentary 2-day shipping so your outfit arrives with time to spare before the chaos begins.

Need it yesterday? Overnight shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive:

• Order Confirmation
• Shipping Confirmation
• Tracking Information

And yes, you can obsessively refresh the tracking page. We would too.

Step 5: Return the Riot

The memories are yours to keep. The outfit isn’t.

Every rental arrives with a prepaid return label and return instructions.

When your event is over:

• Pack it up
• Attach the label
• Drop it off by your return date

That’s it.

No cleaning required. No laundry. No stress.

We’ll even send you a reminder before your return date because life happens and festival recovery is real.

❤️ Love It Too Much to Let It Go?

Sometimes the riot is too good to return.

If you’ve fallen in love with your rental, you may be able to convert it into a purchase.

Simply contact us at least 24 hours before your return due date.

If approved:

• Your return will be cancelled
• Your rental payment will be applied toward the purchase price
• You’ll only pay the remaining balance, if applicable

Purchase pricing is based on the item’s condition and lifecycle status.

In NYC? Say less! We’ll pull up.

For customers located in New York City, local pickup and drop-off options are available.

Some pieces available for purchase are brand new. Others have already experienced a few unforgettable nights.

Every item is assigned a condition grade so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Looking for Love

• Brand new and never rented. Original tags may or may not be attached.

Newly Loved

• Rented a limited number of times. Professionally cleaned and inspected with no visible signs of wear.

Fairly Loved

• Experienced, but still rave-ready. Rented multiple times. May show minor signs of wear consistent with normal use. Fully event-ready.

Well Loved

• A veteran of the dance floor. May show visible wear or minor cosmetic imperfections while remaining fully wearable.

Pricing adjusts based on condition, making well-loved pieces more accessible while helping extend the life of festival fashion.
