1. Customer Information

We assume the customer has provided accurate and true information in good faith.

2. Rental Delivery & Return Options

Rave Riot Wear (“Company”) offers two delivery methods:

2.1. Shipping (Nationwide – US Only)

• Items may be shipped anywhere within the United States.
• Customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping using the prepaid label provided.

2.2. In-Person Delivery (NYC Area Only)

• Company may deliver items directly within New York City.
• Delivery windows will be coordinated in advance.
• Customer must be present at the agreed-upon time and location.

3. Rental Period

Customers may select a rental period of 7 or 10 days.

• For shipped orders, the rental period ends on the date the return package is postmarked by the carrier.
• For NYC in-person returns, the rental period ends when the item is physically handed back to Rave Riot Wear or dropped off at the agreed-upon location.
• Late returns will be assessed based on the postmark date (for shipped returns) or the actual return date (for in-person returns).

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required for each rental order. Subject to the Company’s right to apply all or any portion of the security deposit as permitted under these Terms, the Company will initiate a refund within 3-5 business days after the Company receives the items back in acceptable condition. Actual posting of the refund to your account may take additional time depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider’s processing timelines.

Security deposits are based on pre-taxed rental value as below:

• 10% of rental order

Deductions may occur for:

• Damage fees
• Replacement fees
• Late return fees
• Missing accessories

Any deductions will be communicated to the customer with documentation.

5. Cleaning & Sanitation

Rave Riot Wear handles all cleaning.

Customer Requirements:

• Items must be returned unwashed.
• Do not attempt to clean, bleach, spot-treat, or deodorize items.
• Do not expose items to glitter glue, body paint, oils, or substances that may permanently stain.

The Company will clean all items in accordance with its internal Cleaning & Sanitation Guidelines. A copy of the guidelines can be found on our website.

6. Damage, Loss & Replacement Policy

6.1 Minor Damage

If an item is returned with minor damage (e.g., loose seams, missing rhinestones, small tears), a $25 repair fee will be charged.

6.2 Major Damage or Loss

If an item is:

• Permanently stained
• Torn beyond repair
• Returned in unusable condition
• Not returned at all

The customer will be charged the full replacement value, equal to the listed purchase price on the Rave Riot Wear website at the time of rental.

6.3 Accessories

Missing or damaged accessories (e.g., belts, chains, harnesses) will be charged at a flat fee of $20.

7. Late Return Policy

If items are not returned by the end of the rental period:

• $10 per day late fee will apply for up to 7 days.
• After 7 days, the item will be considered lost, and the customer will be charged the full replacement value.
• Customers may report items as lost prior to the 7 day limit to avoid accumulation of late fees by emailing support@raveriotwear.com

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Treat all items with care.
• Avoid exposure to smoke, body paint, oils, or substances that may stain.
• Return all items and accessories on time.
• Use items only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Liability Waiver

By renting from Rave Riot Wear, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Outfits and accessories may include materials such as sequins, rhinestones, chains, straps, elastic, and metal components.
• The Company is not liable for:
  • Skin irritation
  • Allergic reactions
  • Injuries caused by accessories (e.g., chains, harnesses, metal hardware)
  • Misuse of items
• Customer assumes full responsibility for their own safety while wearing rented items.
• The customer releases Rave Riot Wear LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rented items. Customers can refer to our website for cleaning processes and are welcomed to direct their questions to support@raveriotwear.com

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before shipment or in-person delivery for a full refund. Once an item has been shipped or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

12. Customer Agreement

By accepting the terms and conditions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.
