Before any outfit returns to inventory, it undergoes a thorough cleaning, sanitization, inspection, and quality control process. From sequins and mesh to faux leather and holographic fabrics, every piece is treated with care to ensure it arrives fresh, safe, and ready for whatever chaos is planned.

What happened at the festival… still gets inspected

When a rental returns home, every piece is carefully reviewed for stains, tears, loose embellishments, missing hardware, and general wear.

We assess fabric types, identify specialty cleaning requirements, and separate delicate materials requiring additional attention. If repairs are needed, they’re documented before the cleaning process begins.

Festival fashion requires a little more love than your average laundry load.

Every item is thoroughly inspected, professionally cleaned, and UV-sanitized using hospital-grade technology—the same type of sanitization used in medical settings to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria.

We use hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergents and cold-water washing methods designed to protect both delicate fabrics and sensitive skin. Each piece is then steamed for additional sanitization and freshness, leaving behind no harsh chemicals and no irritating residue.

For delicate, specialty, or heavily embellished garments, we partner with professional cleaners who specialize in detailed pieces, ensuring sequins, rhinestones, metallic finishes, and intricate designs receive the care they deserve.

We don’t send outfits back into battle unprepared

Before a piece returns to inventory, it receives a final quality inspection.

This may include:

• Minor repairs
• Hardware tightening
• Rhinestone replacement when possible
• Accessory verification
• Final inspection under bright lighting

Only pieces that meet our quality standards are approved for future rentals.

Once approved, each outfit is carefully prepared for its next adventure.

Every rental is:

• Sealed in a protective garment bag
• Prepared for shipping or local delivery
• Packaged with care instructions
• Inspected one final time before departure
